Migraines and constipation?
Recently had a 40 yr old patient who presented with several issues from migraines to constipation, reflux, gas, bloating, skin discolorations, achey pain when cold out, hair loss, fatigue , etc. If enzymes are not efficient, which seems to be a common issue among my patients who have taken strong antibiotics, then essential fatty acids are more likely not able to convert into a form in which help minerals breakdown, leading to hair loss (hair is thought to be an extension of mineral rich blood) and hormonal issues (skin discoloration?), toxicity (lack of movement) etc. Imagine that feces sitting and rotting in the intestine, then bubbling, boiling and becoming more toxic. No wonder there were migraines (I believe toxins are a main contributor to migraine issues) showing up. Nothing is moving through the bowels, leading to stagnation causing gas and bloating.
