Pain Relief via Electrons? What? How???

What is Pain but basically a chemical response that causes inflammation...

Unless it comes from a direct recent injury, I consider it a deficiency, blockage or interruption in the flow of electrical current or electrons...creating a pain signal to tell us something is wrong.

How do we get more electrons or regulate our electrons?

Our leg muscles are piezo electric and push the electrons up the spine and the electrons then get distributed to all the organs etc. So the old saying "once in motion, stays in motion, once at rest stay at rest" starts to make more sense for if the leg muscles are not moving, the electrons are not being pumped around the body.

Multi-Minerals (NO, not pink himalayan salt, yikes, how did we ever get there?) plus water make up electrolytes, which make up our Blood and body fluid.

Myth: fruit is good for you

Truth: Fruit is good for a healthy person with no gut health issue or weight issue...in moderation and according to the season they are grown. Otherwise they are just sugar, sugar, sugar and more sugar...Berries are your best choice for not spiking sugar levels and eating Protein before but not with will slow the sugar breakdown.

Myth: Mostly Protein diet is good for you

Truth: Protein increases metabolism and might be good for people with blood type B, AB, even some meat protein is good for 0 blood types etc but probably not for "A" blood types. I have found that "A" blood types generally have less enzymes for breaking down essential fatty acids/proteins. But, lately even patients with other blood types are showing up as not able to break down EFA. I have started to noticed a correlation between enzymes and increased systemic antibiotic intake. I suspect that systemic antibiotics affect the mechanism that converts EFA to the next stage where our bodies can utilize EFAs in converting minerals. Either way, 75% leafy greens to 25% complete proteins is a healthy start for those that have working enzymes.

Myth: Vegan is the way we should eat

Truth: Maybe "A" blood types can get away with this, but "B" etc blood types seem to require meat/flesh proteins or they start showing up as deficient and start looking pale and sickly. They perk up substantially after a nice juicy steak???...just an observation but, I have seen it over and over again. Vegans would also benefit by supplementing B complex or could suffer 10 years down the road because meat protein provides something that veggie proteins do not. So the lazy vegetarians' way of eating cheese, cheese and more cheese, along with some nuts is not doing it.

We should all consider eating cleaner, of course. Fresh, less processed, so enzymes are available to aid digestion. Humane treatment of the meat sources you eat make for less food trauma LOL. Thanking your food before it hits your mouth couldn't hurt. I like to thank my peas for sacrificing their lives to nourish my body...it's only polite, right?

Cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower and broccoli should be par cook at least and eaten with some form of fat. Cruciferous veggies are difficult to digest even for type "A"s.

I find a lot of people with allergies to night shades especially tomatoes and peppers for some reason. I know people that get red angry acne, tongue sores, sores around the mouth etc. from these and had no idea they were the culprit.

Acid reflux BEFORE you eat could mean you have enough acid to eat now or you waited a little too long and should have eaten when you first felt hungry. You should be slightly hungry before you eat which indicates you have enough enzymes to process food.

Anything that causes gas, bloating or reflux AFTER you eat, indicates that you either do not have enzymes built up to eat or what you ate is an allergen and should be avoided for 2 months and then introduced slowly, and not eaten too often to avoid a future allergic reaction.

Grains seem to be irritants so should not be eaten often or repeatedly. We all know about gluten but I am talking brown rice, oats etc....in moderation and rotate them, not every day. Remember organic or you will be feeding yourself glyphosates (yuck).

Balance is everything!
