Gluten may be popular to blame for health issues like leaky gut
but iron filings are the real culprit.
The shocking truth....Cooking in an iron skillet...that is not the form of iron your body can use. Consider that as you cook, your metal utensils scratch the surface of the skillet....where does that iron go that you just scratched off????.....in your food??? Hmmmm, food for thought ;)
Hopefully, by now, you are off all processed food but if not, read ingredients! Cereals etc. "fortified with iron"? It has been revealed that in the past cereal companies used iron filings!!! so watch out for the tricky wording, that can lead to leaky gut. Elimination is the best solution. Eat whole food. If you have allergies like bloating, gas, reflux, those are signs you may be sensitive / allergic or reacting to what you ate. Stay away from that food for 2 months then reintroduce it. If it happens again, it is not an allergy, there is something wrong with it. Pay attention to your body, it is speaking to you.
